This estate coffee was roasted using a sophisticated and skilful procedure called "split-roasting." To showcase the delicate flavours and fragrances of the coffee, a portion of the beans are roasted for less time and to a lighter colour. The remaining part is slow-roasted for an extended time and is darker in colour to give body and intensity.
